i read this book a long time ago, and don;t have it with me now.. I had the impression at the time that he liked the raw food diet and specially the sprouts diet (sproutarians, who eat sprouted beans ). Am I wrong?
This is the type of diet that is recommended at the Hypocrates Health Center, and he is the menthor.
I know people who stayed there, eating raw food and maybe 20% of cooked vegetables. They came out of there really depleated and sick.
I think this is for the very few.. David Wolfe says he eats 100% raw and is very heathy. I don;t know if I really believe him, but assuming he really lives this way, yeah, it's for 1 in a million..
