I've used the 'CleanseSmart' quite a few times. I found I had to stick to 1/2 dose as I kept having really runny stool. I'm on 'ParaGone' now and am experiencing the same thing. I did find out that the flax fibre doesn't bind you up as much as the psyllium fibre, and since I never had any problem with consipation maybe I need something to stop me up a bit!

I like Renew Life products. Their easy to use and have customer support.
