Take that parrot and expose it to the same basic distilled daily drudgery 5 days a week for 6 to 10 years.

The drudgery:
1- Big Pharma Boot Licking 101 through Advanced
2- Refined Techniques On Compromising One's Morals
3 - Essays in Malpractice -
Get They Self A Good Lawyer, And One OR Two Politicians Won't Hurt Either

4 - Lecture - Plumbing The Depths of How To Sell Slash and Burn Treatment;
5 - the latter, 4, of course, results in yet more prescription writing, more boot
licking
6 - Repeat ad infitem 6 to 10 years.

I think the actual writing of prescriptions has been modernized and simplified to account for the newer generations of students who generally are unable to read, write or spell. They are close to getting the prescription pushing routine down to a rubber stamp method. The various stamps can be purchased on-line for $5 per and can be housed in an attractive leather hip holster from where doctors can rapidly draw as patients walk through their door.

At the end of this drudgery, your parrot will then be entitled to hang a shingle above it's cage, frame it's medical degree and pronounce itself doctor, open for business.
