I have been eating only fruits for 9 months besides the family get togethers which include veggies. My teeth are still a bit yellow due to cleansing although very healthy, sturdy, and bigger. ... I believe the teeth expell a lot more than humans understand. The reason being is because we have so much fluoride blocking this escape route. My family and friends don't enjoy this although for a few days I wont brush my teeth with the tooth and gum powder and my teeth will be covered in plaque, fluoride, mucous(yellow.) It truly is unbelievable how much our teeth expell. I will never adhere to the false advertising of sugar acids hurting the body.
Good Luck!
