Thanks for the encouragement. I had my thyroid checked a little over a year ago (right after we figured out the candida) and it's perfectly fine. She says I'm healthy as a horse. Just got really discouraged when we figured out that I NEED a fair amount of protein in my diet or I get foggy in the head and bloat up/gain weight.

I'm going to plug away at it until I find out what works for me. Keep up the good advice!
