A question... in the older texts on longevity do we find a common thread? For instance, tonics made with things such as honey, and/or tree syrups and vinegar, along with oil ingestion and topical use.

In addition, the information does not appear to be ALL about ones diet, and elimination, but also the diet and lifestyle habits of the parents...

Man where they ahead of their time, understanding things that modern science has no clue about.
