I decided to help my bowels out by doing a simple water enema. Then I did my hot water bottle, then took ES #1. After about 1 1/2 hours, I felt a brief sharp pain in the GB area. :) I hope something's already happening...

2nd ES is down the hatch. I'm too full to jump on the trampoline. Ugh! But I feel great so far! I wish I'd start passing this stuff. My bowels are sluggish to begin with, so it'll be really wonderful if I can move them before time for the "good stuff" in an hour & a half.

I feel like a kid expecting her first date to arrive!! HeeHee. (No, I am NOT drunk!

Well, this is going to have to be good-night, as I have to get ready for bed. Hulda says so!
