Twins!!! And two years old! You do need a well deserved medal. John C. gives great advice and I agree with him. Just keep on flushing until there are no more stones.

Sorry about stress on your job. That could contribute to the pain, too. Sometimes job stress may lead to not eating the right foods? Could this be a factor? If you could, The Master Cleanse might benefit you.

Talking about jobs and assuming you live in the US, I live in the town where WorldCom is located. If 17,000 people get laid off tomorrow like they say, a lot of them will be right here in Jackson, Mississippi without a job. Talk about stress then!!
