i certainly will for i followed your sort of advise 10 years ago and had an heart attack 7 years later. the day i left the hospital they gave me the same advise once again. i have gathered more info from my pc and tested diet etc. with the aid (this time) with a monitor. i have found through curezone etc. there is no panacea for anyone and that our bodies need it's own individual treatment. the one you speak of is close to treatment for high blood sugar,(low glycemic diet). i don't mean to put your advise down but what is recommended and what one experiences can be poles apart , that's my only contention.
