The Body Ecology diet. That is waht was suggested to me. I also am supported by people that also realize it is a process and that it will take tile. In other words I don't have to do it perfectly. However, my mind wonders if that is the case doesn't that counter all of the good stuff being done. Two steps forward...two steps back.

Also, i am wondering if I should get bloodwork done. I just had a physical and all of my levels were in the normal range.
