thanks for the advice on the antiinflammatories - do you take them in capsule form or what? Do you order them from companies like Gaia Herbs?


I was out of work for three months because of a spinal problem, so my budget is very tight. There is a small shop near me that sells wonderful herbs and spices in bulk. I buy these spices (turmeric, ginger etc.) and put them in empty gel caps I get at the health food store.

You are so right about going to the doctor for things like this,they might help ease the symptoms, but their "cure" can leave you even worse off than you were in the long run.
