It is a generator not an air-purifier, see the post above mine. You also need an oxygen tank with it, not included. You can go to e-bay and read about it.
I bought the cheapest one, that is how I usually buy to see how it works out and if I use it and if I ever some serious sickness, I would be better educated about what my needs were and I would buy a better one.
