If you have ulcerative colitis then better back off a little.
Breaking the Vicious Cycle calls GAS the number one enemy, this amount of gas may have set you back months healing wise.

My 2 cents worth:
- Go on SCD or Atkins, you MUST eliminate gas
- Start using Ozonated water, I can't believe the intestinal change since I started
- Use good and large amounts of probiotics
- Work on your ileum if it isn't closing properly NOTTHING you do will work

Once those are done you can start some cleanses etc. But from my experience without the elimination of gas you truly live the "Viscious Cycle".
