Thanks for the thoughts. I ordered the Caproyl from Whole Approach today, and I'm just going to do the oregano in capsule form a couple of times a day until it comes, along with the shakes. It's the flavor that makes me gag, not the oil itself. Is the Caproyl that nasty? I'm starting with the Okra-Pepsin-E3 before the rest anyway to see what comes out of the intestine. I don't want to spoil all the fun by doing everything at once! Next week (next paycheck) colonics start...
