I have food grade hydrogen peroxide - should I use that???

Make sure it is diluted to 3% or you might risk damage to tender tissue.
I am dealing with a very similar problem and was debating whether or not to post here. I think I have a secondary infection from a bad virus I had a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, I am going to go with the peroxide and Colloidal Silver . Good anti-inflammatories include turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and fish oil. If the pain is too bad, this may be a time to take a NSAID like Ibuprofen. Its an effective non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Although it should not be used long term, it can help in an emergency.
