Hi: What do you recommend for antiinflamatory? As for garlic, I grew up on it raw, cooked and still use it by the ton every day.

My head is killing me today however, I did wake up with a decrease of symptoms after going to bed with the tea tree oil on my neck, around the ear and all the affected areas.

Also, last night I had a slight low grade fever - 99 plus which for me, is always an indication of illness.

I have food grade hydrogen peroxide - should I use that???
