Community

There was a time
that community
meant
a few drinks and lunch
with my old friends

Then it meant
The parents of my
children's friends
and the PTA

Then it meant other
financial gurus
and competition for
the almighty
"In God we Trust"

Then I met
the woo-woo group
who gave me
information
such as
"you might be misplaced"

Now there is strife
and doing with out
but building from the
inside out

And I feel like
I've found someone
who supports my
dreams of the inside Out

There is a strong
contingency
of women coming to my aid
in the process of Building
a productive future
