yes, i am doing better every day and am back to work(for what that is worth!?).

i stopped taking lecithin due to money problems. as soon as i can afford it, i will be getting some organic soy lecithin from clarkson. till then, i just take the olive oil. a mix of half OO (Olive-Oil) and half lecithin is what MH recommends. it is taken at night to give your liver access to it without having to do other things. it is at night that the body utilizes what it has taken in that day. again, this is on MH's recommendation.
