It really seems like you are doing all the right things. And I know it is a slow process as I have found out as well. I know many things cannot be done at once and of course are not a good idea to do at all at once. One thing I found interesting is that your ND told you that you are doing too much de-tox at once. You know I think that I have that problem as well. I just recently got a really bad pain in my kidney and a bladder infection and I think it was a result of de-toxing to quickly! I decided to stop all vitamins and relax on the de-tox for a while. Sometimes, I just don't know anymore what is going on with my body? Now, I'm doing the dental revision. I too ask God for guidance and answers to my health problems. I believe that eventually through the grace of God, that I will find the answers. And I really do wish that you do too.
