Hi,

You may be talking about The Aqua Chi Machine, or perhaps a similar model like the Q2 or BioCleanse?

I use and sell the Aqua Chi, and have had great results with it.

I have also used Kinotakara, and the similar product called Shu Li.

Kinotakara cannot be purchased at this time in the US, but is supposed to become available soon, whereas Shu Li pouches are readily available.
