Also meant to ask if anyone has tried a foot soak in Epsom salts? I heard you can detox this way. I just discovered this forum. I've posted my cancer story on the cancer forum under CJJ (Caroline's) cancer story under initials cjj. I'm looking for ways to detox.

I also heard if you don't have a rebounder, you can bounce on the edge corner of your bed for 10 minutes and release toxins from the lympth glands. Anyone else hear of this? Good luck to all.
