So far I personally do not feel like these are doing much for me yet.
Although the pads are dark brown and sticky. I do not know if this is just the stuff in the patch when in contact with the skin and the moisture of our skin if it just does this or if indeed it is toxins.
I have had bad breath for sometime now and I have noticed and this maybe a coincidence but my breath has a different taste and smell almost like sinus.(pretty bad)

Last night I placed the pad higher on my foot more up where it shows lymph reflex point. I did not sleep well as there was thunder and lightening and my client also got me up.
So not sure if the lack of energy this morning is a fair trial compared to the little more energy I had yesterday morning.

I placed a pad on the front of my neck it did absolutly nothing!!
So this morning at 4:30 I removed it and placed it on my check trying to place it over the sinus area and what little bet I could over the puffy bag this was only for 3 hours it did nothing so I took it off and placed in a zip lock I guess I probably wasted a good pad.

So I will place this pad on my right foot tonight and then a fresh new one on my left foot I will let you know if I see or feel any different.
