Marty,
From what I understand you place them on the soft part of your foot on your instep I think. Where the reflex points are for your kidneys and liver.
I know a lady who is using the purebodynow pads and she sent them in to be tested and it showed what it was pulling out of her.
I am getting reeady to try them myself.
