Hi Star Brite!!

The morning of my flush, I would eat oatmeal for breakfast and then a plain baked potato for lunch. (Dr. Clark said so) I didn't always do that. Once I ate corn. A previous post of mine speaks of that! Ha Never eat corn..........

For a successful flush, listen to Dr. Clark.
