Every drug store has it as far as I know of, as well as food stores.

You should not have the sore throat by now, just stop eating will cure it as well as some hot baths/sweating. The use of the epsoms salts is only to remove the food in the gut and make room for the body to expell the waste in the lymph glands and thus remove the load off the tonsils.
