THanks for explaining Sheldon. You have confused me a bit now though.
I had got the impression that as soon as you had reached the 10 to 20
capsules you had no further problem but did you just say that you used
the vit e and didnt achieve full results until you had perfected the diet.
So how long did you actually take the vit e enemas for? was it the whole
1.5 years?
