Well, I really feel like a failure...I have been reading this site for about two months now, and have tried a liver cleanse three times.
Here you are, a new-be, and you get it right the first time..Can you explain, in detail about how it came to be?

The first time, the juice/oil mixture made me throw-up, but, the next day passed about 25-30 small stones. The next time (two
weeks later) after the first dose of Epsom Salts , I threw-up, and got a massive headache...so bad, I did not complete the cleanse.
The week after that, attempted another one, only, (you guessed it) made me sick, and developed a really bad headache! I am having
back, joint, and muscle pain. (I have been to many doctors, and they NEVER can find the source for my pain) I know I need to do a
cleanse, but have trouble with the procedure.(Dr. Clark's method) I have never heard of the cleanse where you do not eat anything after
midnite. Which recipe did you use? And did you only eat Fat-Free foods the day of your cleanse? I read a post earlier about Dr. Lewis'
recipe, and was thinking about doing that one. I have not posted in the last couple of days because of feeling like 'such' a failure!!!! Anyone?
Suggestions? I will 'try another one' this Friday...Please say a prayer that I WILL FOLLOW THROUGH successfully!!!!!!!
