Thirty years ago an Austrian friend told me that when you feel the symtoms of a sore throat comeing on, that just before bedtime take two large vit E oil capsules, break the the caps with your teeth, take the oil down to your throat, hold it there as long as possible before swallowing,2 minutes?,then swallow, go to bed, wake up in the morning and you will find that it never developed.Its gone! . If you already have a advanced sore throat, this will not be as effective.But do this when you feel a sore throat comeing on, It is effective 110%
