When my son has an ear infection, I put few drops of Colloidal Silver in his ear, usually fever and pain goes away within 15-30 minutes. Sometimes i have to repeat the drops, but good Colloidal Silver usually gets infection away pretty swiftly.
I am not an expert, but it helped us several times like that.
