Trapper - I get a glutathione IV about every 10 days. Do you think that glutathione nose spray will do much to keep up the levels? i did the nebulizing but found it very physically uncomfortable. The nose spray actually helps with a chronic sinus drip and congestion, but I don't know how much gets in the blood that way. How effective do you consider the rectal glutathione?

Why lecithin for the liver every night? What does it do?
