I, too had episodes of dizziness that left me bedridden for a few days at a time. I went to the doctor and he couldn't find anything wrong. He didn't test for gall stones, though. He did give me some medicine that made me sleep for about 18 hours at a time. With five children around it just wasn't very practical. I decided I would just have to be dizzy. It doesn't happen very often and hasn't happened for a while, but it sure is scary.

I found this web site, I believe, through inspiration. I was feeling tired and achey, too. I had no energy. I am in my early 40's and just didn't want to settle for this to be my life. Into my mind came the impression to cleanse my liver. I didn't even know how to do such a thing. I ended up at curezone. I really appreciate all Agnes and all have done here to educate people.

I have done seven liver cleanses. I felt that I needed to do a Colon Cleanse before I did another liver cleanse. So that is what I am focusing on now. I just posted to someone else about HPS Cleansing. I stumbled onto it about two months ago. It is an internet supported cleanse. Maybe this would be something for you to try. I know that I am ready to do this. I, too read the Fit for Life book in my 30's along with Dr. Norman Walker's books. I learned about colon cleansing then but did not know how to really go about doing it.

This program takes you step by step through the process in the comfort of your own home. I am really excited to do this. I hope to get the energy back that I seem to have lost over the years.
