One thing he needs to do is massage the area around and above the pubic
bone. The whole prostate area needs to be massaged. The blood in this whole
area gets congested and contributes to these symptoms. This massage needs to
be done several times a day until the blood flow opens up. All men need to
do ths self-massage daily.
