Thanks for the advice. I definitely am going to start taking the supplements you suggested. However, is there a way I can check myself for enlarged prostate? I followed a web page's self test instructions, but I'm not sure if I found the prostate or not.

This is kinda a funny question, but what would be the best method of finding the prostate as far as finger position and the like?
