Any advice for using Oregano, as I won't be able to procure the Caproyl for a few days? I already have the Oregano oil from some oil mixture I've used. I tried about eight drops in the shake this morning and it just about did me in. Can I put it in vegetable capsules and take it half an hour before the shake? I'm just afraid it's going to come back up if I put more in.
