This was my 3rd cleanse. It has progressively gotten easier for me as far as cravings go! :) I've broken my fast since I posted last. It took a while for the feeling of being chilled to the bone to go away, but it eventually did.

I hope you are doing well on your cleanse! They do get easier as you go along!
