Dear 50110,
Your prostate is not inside your colon. It's a walnut-sized organ that is nestled against
the last few inches of your colon. The
prostate is right smack in the middle of your
lower pelvis. The bladder is directly above
it.
When your doctor put on a rubber glove and
inserted his thumb into your rectum, he
could feel the prostate through the thin wall
of the colon. But to the best of my knowledge,
he couldn't touch the prostate directly.
He was trying to see if your prostate felt
hard and swollen. Unfortunately, the prostate,
as men get older, tends to soak up toxins
and become rigid. It's the difference between
a wet sponge and a dry one.
Your prostate has two tubes running through
the middle of it. One carries urine from your
bladder to your penis. The other carries
semen from your seminal vessels.
Trouble occurs when the prostate becomes
swollen and hardened. It squeezes those two
tubes and partially closes them down.
Urination becomes a big problem, and often
a painful one. And, often, sexual ejaculation
becomes difficult or impossible.
There are a variety of things you need to do
to heal your prostate. First, you need to do
some colon, liver, and kidney cleanses to
clean the toxic debris out of your body.
Second, you need to take supplements that
contain herbs which are known to cleanse
and restore the prostate gland to normality. Third, you should massage your
prostate gland at least three times a week
for 20 minutes at a time. Massage is
very important because it squeezes out a lot
of the toxic liquid that has clogged up the
prostate.
The best way to massage your prostate is with
a prostate massage device. I own one, and use
it for several weeks every third month. My
prostate is healthy, and I intend to keep it
that way. I've also been taking prostate
supplements for the last 15 years (I'm 65).
And, of course, I do internal cleanses.
The prostate massage device costs about $50.00
and is easy to use. It's much better and cheaper
than your doctor's thumb! In the next 48
hours, I will post a message about the ins
and outs (pun intended) of this clever little
device. And, no, I don't sell it, or anything else. But I like to share my valuable
resources.
I hope some of this information helps you.
Blessings,
Owen
