Today I picked up Hemp at Whole Foods. Swished when I got home.

Yikes, that was an experience. It was not like any oil pulling I have done before. It did not turn white at all. It didn't taste too bad. But I definitely felt something going on in my mouth. It was intense, and hard to describe.

My teeth looked exceptional after pulling with it.

Will need to report more later. I'm going to try apricot in the a.m. and hemp when I get home. Let's see what happens!!
