One part of this dialoge is that Viktorus mentions as does Ehret, that fruit is a powerfull cleanser and possible not ideal, soley as a diet choice. Thus if also eating herbs , many of them arent highly assimable and cooking makes them more so.

Gotta get those enzymes tho.
