Curious in knowing what the Balch's recommendation for prostatitus is?

Cranberry really is very good. If your husband can't "tolerate" the juice, you can get it as a concentrated syrup where you take just a few squirts at a time.

Also not all men react the same to herbs. Some men gain nothing from Saw Palmetto, but Pygeum works & others Pygeum creates too much discomfort, etc.
