hi,
I am writing on behalf of my husband, whose first language is not English, so he can't really do the research himself. He is 29 and has really bad prostatis. It would seem that he has had it for several years but no one in his country knew what to do and it just got worse over time.
I took him to the best urologist in our community. He did two months of Antibiotic treatment back to back, and it got a little better but not much. I was also not impressed by this doctor because he never gave him a PSA test. I gave him some saw palmetto, but I am not sure of the best dosage apart from what it says on the bottle. After the Antibiotics , it got a little better for awhile, but now it is getting worse again, and now I am doing a lot of research on the internet. I am beginning to understand what needs to be done, but I would really appreciate advice on step by step what to do, because there are so many things that one can do, I don't know what is most important or where to start. For example, what diet? and if one needs to change diet gradually, what is the most important thing to change? What are the most important herbs and supplements, and their dosages? And most of all, should I start to do prostate massage on him? If so, how often? And how long is each session? And would anyone be willing to give me instructions and coaching, either in this forum or by email, on how that can be done? I really appreciate your help. He is so young to be this bad and it does not look good for the long term future. Thanks a lot in advance!
