I am also happy that you understood I was just sharing what I just found about myself after more than 3 years of healthy eating.
This change I am making will take months again to see if this is going to work.
I have tried a lot of different things that other happy people suggested, but often it did not work for me.
So all protocols are good for someone, the problem is trying to find out if you are that someone.
I am a lucky woman though my husband is not interested in any of this, he is happy that I am happy.
