That is an excellent post. We've heard those benefits over and over, and every time I hear it again, I'm thrilled.

People are so surprised when they start. They can't believe they could actually enjoy swishing oil around their mouth. When I first heard of it, even though I was intrigued, my stomach churned because of all the Liver Flushes I've done. But I went for it anyway, and boy was I astounded! In fact, I'm still shocked at how well my body reacts to this.

Thank you so much for posting this. It just reinforces all for the old timers, and helps the new comers.
