Hello,

I am really struggling. I have a history of overuse of antibiotics componded with anorxia and bulimia. Food is difficult and the candida, bloatedness and discomfort don't help. It is like I am in a different body. I have been i recovery for a long time and this is definetly testing me. I seem to hae a day or couple of days without sugar except gum, diet soda, and decaf coffee w/ half and half. and then I cave in. Not so much becaue I want it but rather to sabotage. I know I will feel so much better. It is making me gain weight too. Any sugestions?
