Thanks........I've read about the chaste berry...I'm going to try the combination as you mentioned. I'm about avg weight. 150lbs but I guess that may be heavy depending on who's reading this LOL.... I say avg because I have a somewhat of a muscular build so I really don't look like I weigh that much. I have also tried the sublingual Vit B complex, I only took it for a few months....I know that probably wasn't long enough though.
