Always juice your own vegetable and fruit juice. Bottled juice is dead, and has no nutritional value and only adds Sugar to your diet.
The enzymes which are the beneficial part of the food "die" or oxidize after 48 hours in a twin or single gear juicer, 24 hours with a masticating juicer and almost immediately with a centrifugal juicer.
