No, not perfect health =).

My pH is 7.0-7.5 all day with the goji berries, is this artifical? I realize I need more variety of minerals from other natural sources and that I am striving to perfect my health not my pH readings but now I am confused by what you mean when you say artifically alkaline? How can it be artificially is its through food? What would you call getting alkaline through the moreless drink? No negativity meant, just would like to understand.
And wouldnt it take a while of being alkaline to get rid of all dis-ease? I've only been alkaline all day for a few days with the gojis and it seems that my body is doing a lot of house cleansing so I actually feel a little "off" in my overall health.
