That was great attitude!

As a positive, the skin is the largest detox organ - the fact that people suffer eczema, acne, skin complaints etc. is not such a bad thing. There are many people walking around with organs riddled with dis-ease AND with perfect skin .. and that is because their skin is not functioning correctly.

Count yourself as one of the lucky ones, because beauty is not skin deep.

Yes, the mind, body and spirit are always connected, so working on all levels is key to healing.
