Diflucan can be very helpful. It works by keeping the cell from mutating/reproducing. Something like that I think :-). The RX's can work for some people, but you have to stay on them a long time. And they can be hard on your liver....sooooo if you have liver stress already, as many of us candida folks do, it isn't the best route. And like any other treatment plan, you will have to concentrate on all body systems. Bowel cleanses, liver supporting herbs, etc. And of course, the hateful diet. :-)
