I have a similar problem and have been trying to find a fix. To be honest I haven't done any of the cleanses, etc... yet, but I plan on doing so. My symptoms vary but lately the biggest one is I constantly feel like i'm sitting on a golf ball or something. My urine flow and ejaculation force seem to be OK (but I did have the testical pain you referred to before). I'm only 30. In my research I think I might have developed 'prostate stones' which have probably increased with each bout of prostatis (calcium surrounding infectected matter, etc...) As I understand it these 'stones' are not so much like kidney stones and as such I haven't seen a 'prostate cleanse' per se. I did find one interesting web site where a guy would do 3 hot sitz baths a day in conjuction with taking some 'prostate herbs' and has pictures of the materials released. I will try to find the link. I'm convinced that doing the cleanses on here regularly that eventually the problem will clear itself. If anyone else has had similar problems I would like to hear from you to.
