Yes, anything is possible with some dedication. It seems daunting hindsight. If i had to tell someone it could potentially take ten years to feel normal I would say go for it, just start and eventually you get the hang of what to do with your body. Now if I can get the hang of telling my body to sleep! *sigh* night! = )
